Operation Hours
Periwinkle is open from 7:30-4:30, Monday through Friday. We run from September through June for general childcare. PSP classes run from September 30th through the end of May for 6 hour days from 8:30-2:30. There is a $25 registration fee per school year for each child.

We offer three tuition pricing rates for pay-for-service early education; Community, LBCC Staff, and LBCC Student. We also offer Preschool Promise (PSP) services, Linn-Benton-Lincoln ESD services, and take Employment Related Daycare (ERDC) payments.
Community/ LBCC Staff/ LBCC Student Tuition
Pricing for pay-for-service child care is based on parents’ status as a community member, LBCC Staff member, or LBCC Student. LBCC Students have a remarkably discounted rate to support them in completing their education at LBCC. We also take ERDC payments for childcare services.
Preschool Promise (PSP) Program
Periwinkle is a Preschool Promise partner, which offers preschool slots free of charge to families that qualify with the PSP program. Families must meet income requirements. To apply for a Preschool Promise slot and find out if you are eligible, please click the link below.
LBL-ESD Early Childhood Special Education Services
Children ages 3-5 that qualify for free educational services through early childhood special education can receive their services at Periwinkle in inclusive classrooms. To find out if your child qualifies for early childhood special education, please ask your child’s Case Manager at LBL ESD or request an evaluation at the link below.
